About Tan Yean Sen Sean Tan focus mainly in the areas of general corporate and commercial advisory, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and general conveyancing matters. Sean has handled and participated in initial public offerings (IPOs), acting both as the issuer’s counsel and the sponsor’s counsel in various industries including manufacturing, construction, services, food and beverage, shipping etc. Sean has experience in mergers and acquisitions for both public and private companies, including reverse takeovers.
He advises on general corporate commercial transactions including corporate restructuring, private placement, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, sale of business and assets and general compliance matters, for both listed and private companies.
Sean holds an LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Liverpool. Conversant in English, Mandarin, Malay language, Hokkien as well as Cantonese.
